The Land’s Mark came about during my final term at university.
Inspired by the pattern of folk death and revival throughout history, The Land’s Mark is a circle of life of its own.
To me, folk horror encompasses many of the deepest fears and desires of British society.
I like to imagine dark folklore as an invisible residue, coating the land, the people in it - and now, the cyber realm.
Somehow, folklore will always come back around; birthing, rebirthing and evolving.
